TESS in SEMINAR!

Indulge me please. I'm still coming to terms to the fact that I was this close to seeing Shige. Yeah I know this is an old issue but still trying to get over it.

Krissy sent me a fan report on the SEMINAR and guess what I've got more reason to feel devastated arrggg!

Some background first before I continue. Shige's character here in this play is named LAUREN. Let me show you guys a scene from the play...

"That night, Tess comes to Lauren's room. Tess doesn't care she's not in a relationship with Lauren, she'll have sex with him if it means her paper will be written, so she immediately heads over to his bed and takes off her shirt. Lauren is hesitant and tries to get her to come over to him and calm down. He tells her to stop all this because it's not what he wants for her, he truly wants to help her write her paper. He talks to her seriously about how she has potential and has to take life into her own hands- sure she can just pay people or have sex with them and get what she wants from the now, but what if she gets old or broke? Then how can she do anything as she is now? Tess starts to break down and describe that's all she knows how to do but Lauren promises to stay with her and get this paper done, then she can be proud of it. During this pep talk he hugs her from behind while she's sitting and it's very cute ♥

They stay up all night writing the paper, and once it's done Tess is in total wonder at herself. To think someone like HER wrote a PAPER! She's motivated and excited to keep studying. Lauren gives Tess a kiss on the forehead. She hugs him and the walk off stage."

WAAAH! TESS is one of the main characters in the play.What are the chances that one of the character's name would be my name!I wanna cry! Hay can you imagine me watching and Shige calling out the name of his co-star! Wahhh! At least I would have hear how he calls out the name TESS diba! waahhh i would just imagine that's me! How would it feel sitting there hearing him call my name!

I cant help but think that this was actually my moment but I let it pass. This was it but I fate wouldn't have me go. hay damn you H1N1!

(So Shige hugged me and kissed me in the forehead huh? lol)

My heart is breaking as I am writing this entry...

Yesterday Camille and Me decided to finally let it go. We've finally decided to cancel out butai tickets and not to go to Osaka anymore. WE have been postponing coming to this decision for a week now. As much as we would like more than anything to be there but it seems circumstances are against us.

Yeah its better to be safe than to end up getting sick. We're doing this for our safety and for the safety of the people we are coming home to if ever. The H1N1 virus is no joke and so is the 300++ cases in Osaka. What are the chances of the whole thing clearing up in a couple of weeks right?

Its kinda depressing because it came at a time just as we are very certain to go and we have everything in place already. We really thought that this is it we're finally seeing Shige but then things happened and they happened fast.

Maybe its not yet the time for me to see or watch Shige. Maybe I have to wait til I see all of NEWS together in a concert. I just hope I get to have a chance again next time...

can anyone tell me how to de-stress?
going nuts! Peak seaon na and passengers are flowing nonstop
imagine having to talk to at least 150 passengers per day grr...
Then I'm training 6 new staff on top.

I need a break! (cant go on leave because we're blocked-off coz of the peak season)
Di bale isipin na lang na dapat magtrabaho at mag-ipon! baka may biglang surprise lol
just like what babyshazam said save coz we'll never know!

Merry Christmas everyone! Its 3 in the morning, its Christmas day and here I am moping in front of the computer staring at my LJ.I've realized that I haven't posted an entry here for quite a while. No particular reason. I've been reading posts and updates but I cant seem to find the right thing to post. So bear with me while I put some of my thoughts to words.

Is it just me or maybe because I'm getting older but I somehow cant feel the holiday spirit. For me its seem like a passing blur of people doing mass-shopping and commercializing (i sound so KJ). It even got to a point that it got a bit depressing. I dunno but I've been kinda feeling like that I cant even say for what reason.

Work has been very tiring since its the holidays everyone needs a plane ticket to go somewhere. Always flanked with passengers! Wish I could get a break and finally able to use my free tickets which are proving to be not that useful since I cant even get a leave from work arrgg

Oh and this is a bit of a late reaction to something I've seen about a month ago (altho I've watched it again a week ago) I've watched Shige's scp and Krissy and Camille are right. First part of the interview you'd be laughing your head out. Shige and the things he did were just so funny. later hafh thou you cant cant help but be teary eyed. I just can imagine how bad Shige felt. But thats in the past and good thing everything's good now. Right ELITE-san? lol

This is getting too long for something random. Hopefully I will have something better to write about next time.

I had been craving for panini for the longest time and I have been pestering Ann to eat with me for quite a while too (sorry Ann).

Problem was we didn't know where to get good Panini until by chance Ann passed by Seattle's best one time and saw that they have a new menu. PANINI yey!

We finally got to what we wanted! yum! T'was good!

Nothing much happening on my birthday except that I needed to have my annual physical check-up so I spent the day at PAL Medical (how uneventful)

Osaka Promo

For those who are interested, Philippine Airlines also came out with low fares for Osaka. These are not published in papers or in ads though. These were released to us internally in an office memo and we can offer this to anybody we know. So imagine my giddiness when the memo came out. I was jumping up and down (I was happy for people I know who wanted low Japan fares)my supervisor thought I'd gone crazy lol!

Anyway here are the details. There are two different promos by the way:

RT Manila-Osaka-Manila USD100.00 plus tax
travel period: Oct1- Dec18
Validity: 6 mos (you can stay in Osaka for up to 6 mos)

RT Manila-Osaka-Manila USD180.00 plus tax
travel period: Oct1- Mar31
Validity: 6 mos

Anybody interested just ask me kasi these are not published eh and I guess you can only get this if you know someone from PAL who will inform you

I've realized that its been quite a while since I last posted an entry.
Its not like nothing is happening. Its quite the opposite actually!

First of all I'd like to thank Camille/Heroismine for the wonderful banner!

I'm still trying to recover from the excitement of watching the Pacific DVD and then there before I can even gather my wits NEWS is coming out with a new single again. But I'm happy because their new single couldn't have a better title nor a better timing lol (Camille may not be as ecstatic as me though). My birthday is in October and NEWS is greeting me on that month! LOL! What a great gift you guys!

I know, i know I've been a diehard Ken-Rainie fan for a looooong time

Finally nakapag-online na. Tagal din nasira net dito sa house.
Lately Im finding that I have so many things to do so little time accomplish them
May mga series na dapat panorin, updates na dapat gawin, places dapat puntahan
Kinda hard to find time if you're working six days a week

Last April 5 me, Zaq and Ann went to Ark Avilon to celebrate Ryutaro's birthday
We had so much fun at sulit ang punta sa Ark Avilon

hahaha we got to attached kay Colen (the monkey) and I think he got too attached to us as well kasi ayaw na nya pansinin ibang guest at sa amin lang nakipaglaro

Nakakagulat ba? hahaha

I think I need to explain bakit ganyan.
Crossroads kasi Ive liked Chinese entertainment for a long time tapos now Im crossing over sa Japanese so that explains yung title na crossroads.

Then why si Rainie at si Yamapi? Kasi I like them both (fave ko sa News si Shige) tapos they represent TW and JP. Tapos parang mas bagay na sila ilagay ko eh para dramatic ang dating. Its not a poster for a fic... Di pa...(not yet anyway but who knows baka maisipan ko...lols)

Vacation!!

Finally! Grabe Ive been waiting for this forever
After ng napaka-hectic na schedule with work sa wakas may long vacation
Bakit nga ba mga passengers kasi they like last minute?
Lat few days we were packed with passengers looking for tickets

Anyway enough about work, Im just happy I have four whole days of rest!
I can catch up with all the dramas I need to watch! yey!
I have a lot lined up!

The Nagase clips zaq gave me drove me crazy. Grabe that guy is so funny talaga!

The juice on the Amazing Race Asia 2

Im a fan of the amazaing race kahit nung American version pa lang pero lalo ako naging fan nung Asian version. Season 2 was the best one I've seen so far. Now Im a huge fan of Marc Nelson hehehe

Im so hooked na kahit replays pinapanod ko pa sa AXN. I dont think there will ever be another Philippine team that can beat the streak of Marc and Rovilson. They are unstoppable sayang nga lang di nanalo. The ending was frustrating nagka-nightmare tuloy ako. Last Thursday sa AXN pinalabas yung Amazing Race memories. Tapos sayang talaga kasi sabi ni Marc Nelson sana sya na lang gumawa nung road block kasi daw Geography major sya sa university. Sayang super!

Dahil dyan pati tuloy sports unlimited pinapanod ko. Surprisingly last 3 episodes nandun lagi si Paula Taylor (Thai actress) kasama ni Marc Nelson. And its obvious that they are a couple now kasi they are so sweet to each other lalo na itong latest episode sa Boracay (watch next week may part 2 pa) Bagay naman sila eh ang cute together.

I've read in a singapore website na natuwa daw masyado ang producers ng Amazing Race kanila Marc and Rovilson kaya daw baka isali sila sa season 13 ng Amazing Race yung american version. Im not sure how reliable yung news pero lets just hope its true so we can see more of them kasi naggaling talaga!!

Turning Japanese

Ive always been a fanatic kahit sino pa man ang mahiligan ko. But now it seems may nadagdag na naman sa list ng mga favorites ko at kababaliwan!

It was courtesy of my friends na di nagsasawa i-update ako (love you guys!) I watched hana kimi at super ako natuwa di ko na matigilan. Sobra ako naaliw kay Toma kasi he is so funny. Ang galing ng acting. That was officially the start.

But then I Jem lend me a copy of My Boss, My Hero. Ayun dun na ako gumulong kakatawa. Ibang level si Tomoya hahaha! Ngayon isa na akong Tomoya fan! Like ko pa din naman si Toma kaya lang kasi I like TOmoya better kasi I guess he is older and that adds more to his appeal. Ayun tuloy pinapahirapan ko si Zaq maghanap ng clips.

Pero salamat friends for introducing me to this world!
